The Daisy Edition — Nicaragua La Bastilla (Honey Process)
The Daisy Edition features a Nicaragua Honey Process coffee from La Bastilla Coffee Estates, grown at high elevation and carefully processed to preserve sweetness and clarity.
Honey processing leaves a portion of the coffee cherry’s mucilage on the bean during drying, contributing to a cup that is naturally sweet, rounded, and expressive — without overwhelming acidity.
Roasted to a true medium, this coffee highlights depth and structure while maintaining a clean, refined finish.
