Our last Gatsby Reserve featured the Tanzanian Peaberry — a rare, intensely flavorful bean from East Africa's high-altitude estates. Washed-process, medium roast, with notes of dark chocolate, toasted almond, and cherry brightness. A season now retired, and fondly remembered.

The current Gatsby Reserve — The Daisy Edition — begins at La Bastilla Coffee Estates in Nicaragua's high-elevation growing regions. Honey processed to preserve the natural sweetness of the cherry, each bean is dried with intention and precision before it ever reaches the roaster.

Getting the most from every bag
Ideal for The Green Light's bright, cherry-forward character. The slower brew enhances delicate fruit and floral notes. Use water just off boil (195–200°F) and a 3-minute total brew time. Works beautifully with the Daisy Edition as well.
The full-immersion brew deepens the Daisy Edition's honey and stone fruit profile. Coarse grind, 4-minute steep, slow press. Rich and satisfying for those who prefer a full-bodied morning cup.
The Daisy Edition pulls beautifully as an espresso. Fine grind, 9 bars of pressure, 25–30 second shot. A naturally sweet, dense shot with honey notes and a clean, lingering finish.
Available with the Daisy Edition — each steep bag contains 0.5 oz of ground coffee for a single cup. Steep in just-off-boil water for 4 minutes, remove, and enjoy. Clean, consistent, and perfect for travel or the office.
