Our minimum is 50 guests. Smaller corporate gatherings — such as executive team meetings, board dinners, or intimate client events — can still book at the 50-guest base rate. Yes. Our base rate includes travel within 30 miles of our Clarksville home base. Nashville and most of Middle Tennessee fall within this range. For venues beyond 30 miles, a small travel fee may apply. We regularly serve corporate events across the entire Middle Tennessee region and are happy to provide a precise quote for any location.
