Absolutely. Our Roaring Experience and Gatsby Reserve packages include custom event menu displays where we can feature your company logo, brand colors, and event messaging. With the Gatsby Reserve package, we also create a custom signature drink named for your company or campaign. Custom-labeled coffee favor bags with your logo are available as an add-on with any package — an elevated takeaway that extends your brand beyond the event itself.

What is the minimum guest count for corporate events?

Our minimum is 50 guests. Smaller corporate gatherings — such as executive team meetings, board dinners, or intimate client events — can still book at the 50-guest base rate. For recurring office events or ongoing corporate partnerships, contact us to discuss flexible arrangements and volume pricing.

Do you serve corporate events outside Nashville and Clarksville?

Yes. Our base rate includes travel within 30 miles of our Clarksville home base. Nashville and most of Middle Tennessee fall within this range. For venues beyond 30 miles, a small travel fee may apply. We regularly serve corporate events across the entire Middle Tennessee region and are happy to provide a precise quote for any location.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and non-coffee drinkers?

Yes. All packages include at least one alternative milk option (oat, almond, or coconut), with additional options in our upgraded packages. Our handcrafted syrups are made without cane sugar or preservatives.
