Every drink is made with The Gatsby Reserve — our seasonally rotating, single-origin, locally roasted specialty coffee. Our handcrafted syrups are made in-house without cane sugar or preservatives. We offer whole milk and alternative milk options, plus hot and iced preparations. This isn't catering coffee. This is coffee your guests will genuinely love.
You're already planning a party. We handle everything on our end — equipment, supplies, setup, service, and cleanup. You don't need to provide anything except the space. Every private event package includes our vintage espresso bar, professional baristas, specialty coffee, and handcrafted syrups. The difference between tiers is the level of customization and drink variety. Everything you need to know before booking
Our standard minimum is 50 guests. However, we happily serve smaller private events — you'll simply be quoted at the 50-guest rate for your chosen package. For example, a bridal shower with 30 guests booked at The Gold Standard would be $450 (the 50-guest minimum at $9/guest). This ensures you still receive our full luxury setup, professional barista service, and every inclusion in your package regardless of group size.
Absolutely. A large number of our private events take place at homes — living rooms, kitchens, covered patios, backyards, and garages converted into party spaces. All we need is a flat surface for the bar and access to a standard 120V electrical outlet within about 25 feet. We don't require running water at the setup location; we bring our own water supply. We're experienced at navigating tight spaces and setting up in ways that work with your home's layout.
We love outdoor events. Backyard birthday parties, garden bridal showers, patio dinner parties — our bar looks beautiful in any setting. For outdoor setups, we recommend a covered area or tent in case of weather, and we'll need access to an electrical outlet. If your outdoor space doesn't have nearby power, let us know when you inquire and we can discuss options. We always confirm weather plans in the days leading up to your event.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for private events, though we often accommodate shorter timelines depending on our schedule. Weekend dates during peak seasons (October through December, and April through June) tend to fill quickly, so earlier is better for those windows. Yes. We always have decaf espresso available at no extra charge, which is especially popular at baby showers and events with guests who are caffeine-sensitive. We can also prepare steamed milk drinks, hot chocolate-style beverages using our handcrafted syrups, and other non-coffee options.
