What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Nashville, Clarksville, and Middle Tennessee — including Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Montgomery County, and Williamson County. For special occasions, we're happy to travel further. Contact us to discuss your location.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings and weekends. We typically get booked 3–6 months in advance for peak dates. That said, don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is soon. We'll always do our best to accommodate you.

How does pricing work?

Our packages start at $9 per guest. Final pricing depends on your guest count, event duration, package selection, and any customizations. We'll provide a precise, itemized quote after your inquiry — no surprise fees.

What do you need from us on the day?

Very little. We just need access to a standard electrical outlet and a small water source. Our team handles all setup, service, and breakdown. We work seamlessly with your venue and other vendors — your day stays stress-free.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. We offer oat milk, almond milk, and other non-dairy alternatives. Our syrups are handcrafted without cane sugar, making them suitable for many dietary preferences. Let us know your guests' needs and we'll make it work.

Do you offer decaf and non-coffee options?

Yes. We always have decaf available on request. We can also prepare tea-based drinks, steamed milk beverages, and mocktail-style coffee drinks — perfect for all ages and non-coffee drinkers at your event.
