While most Nashville coffee carts serve standard commercial espresso, every drink we pour features The Gatsby Reserve — our seasonally rotating, single-origin espresso sourced from specialty-grade farms around the world. The current edition comes from La Bastilla Coffee Estates in Nicaragua, honey processed to preserve the natural sweetness of the cherry.
Paired with house-crafted syrups made from real lavender, raw honey, and genuine vanilla bean — zero cane sugar, zero artificial flavors. This is coffee your guests will talk about.

We built a bar — not a cart, not a trailer, not a truck. Our 1920s Gatsby-inspired espresso bar is designed to stand inside your venue alongside the dance floor, in the ballroom, on the event floor. It becomes a visual centerpiece and a gathering place, commanding the room with vintage elegance that complements Nashville's most refined event spaces.
