At the close of your campaign, we calculate your total earnings (20% of all bag sales) and send payment via check or direct deposit within 5 business days. For Annual Subscription campaigns, earnings are paid out as subscriptions are collected at signup.
No minimum order or upfront cost required to launch a campaign. For the In-Person format, free shipping kicks in at 25 bags. Virtual and Annual Subscription campaigns have no minimums at all — every bag counts.
In-Person and Virtual campaigns run for 2–4 weeks. We recommend 3 weeks as the sweet spot — long enough to reach everyone, short enough to keep urgency high. Annual Subscription enrollment periods can be set to any window that works for your group.
Since annual subscriptions are paid upfront, subscribers receive coffee for the full duration they paid for. If a subscriber needs to pause or cancel early, we work with them directly on a pro-rated resolution — your group's earnings from that subscriber are not affected.
Absolutely. Many groups run all three formats simultaneously to maximize reach. Local supporters use the order form, out-of-town family and friends use the virtual link, and your most dedicated supporters sign up for the annual subscription. We track each format separately so your reporting stays clean.
For In-Person campaigns, all orders ship to one address — free on 25+ bags. For Virtual campaigns, each supporter's order ships directly to their door at a flat $8 per order. Annual subscribers pay $8/month as part of their subscription, and their bag ships fresh each month on the same date.
